Government agency
In 2007 we teamed with a design firm to make a changemanagement game for a government agency. 3000 people were part of a change in the organisation that needed explanation. We developed a quiz about the changes in their organisation. It had the form of a train travelling, visiting stations and a trainconductor setting the rules in a humurous way. The game-leader led the discussion about the changes between the participants. The game was scalable and thus usable for groups between 10 and 100 people. In following year this game travelled the country and was used in many different settings and for many different groups.
